When can I move in?
We’re targeting Fall 2026 for move-ins. As with any construction project, timelines can shift slightly, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you can plan accordingly. Priority list members will be the first to know about any changes!
Are utilities included?
Utilities are billed separately, which means you only pay for what you actually use. Everyone’s needs are different, and this keeps costs fair for everyone.
Is the building smoke-free?
Yes. Parksville House is entirely smoke-free to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all residents.
Are there amenities for residents?
Yes. Current plans include a social lounge with kitchen area, rooftop terrace, and community garden. We’re committed to creating spaces where residents can connect and unwind. As we finalize details during construction, we’ll share updates with everyone on the priority list.
Does each suite get a parking spot?
Secure underground parking is available for a monthly fee. Since not everyone needs a spot, we keep parking optional and affordable.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Parksville House is fully wheelchair accessible, with automatic doors and elevator access throughout the building.
