Utilities are billed separately, which means you only pay for what you actually use. Everyone’s needs are different, and this keeps costs fair for everyone.

Yes. Parksville House is entirely smoke-free to maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for all residents.

Yes. Current plans include a social lounge with kitchen area, rooftop terrace, and community garden. We’re committed to creating spaces where residents can connect and unwind. As we finalize details during construction, we’ll share updates with everyone on the priority list.

Secure underground parking is available for a monthly fee. Since not everyone needs a spot, we keep parking optional and affordable.

Yes. Parksville House is fully wheelchair accessible, with automatic doors and elevator access throughout the building.
